AI Visibility Tracker

The AI Visibility Tracker checks whether AI answer engines name and cite your brand when someone asks a relevant question. It's how you measure visibility in AI search - the new layer above classic rankings.

Engines tracked

  • Google AI Overviews - the AI block above Google's organic results.
  • Perplexity - an answer engine that cites sources inline.
  • ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude - the major AI assistants.

Tracking a prompt

  1. Open AI Visibility and click Track keyword.
  2. Enter the prompts (questions) you want to monitor and choose which engines to check, plus country and language.
  3. Set a frequency, then confirm - a check costs 4 credits per prompt and covers all selected engines at once.

How mentions are detected

A mention is recorded when your domain appears in the answer's cited sources, or when your brand name appears in the answer text - in a heading, bold span, or prose. Numbered placements also capture your position in the list.

Metrics and sources

  • Mention rate - the share of checks where you're mentioned.
  • Average position - how high you appear when cited in a ranked list.
  • Top cited sources - the domains engines reference most for your prompts (your AI-search competitors).
  • A ranked-rate trend over 30/90 days shows whether your visibility is improving.
Track the prompts that convert

Monitor the questions buyers ask right before choosing a tool like yours - "best X for Y", "X vs Z". Read more in our guide to Answer Engine Optimization.

Exporting

Export the current state of your tracked prompts, or the full check history across all engines, as CSV.
